Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a gentleman and an evening like a pauper. How much truth is still in that old adage?
"People who eat breakfast regularly are less sick, less overweight and are generally more efficient," explains nutrition expert Sven David Mueller. "Day of the breakfast" we show you how to perfect start in the morning to the day.

"The right choice of food is what matters. Healthy eating also does not hurt in the morning, "says Mueller. And yet is still one in four students out of the house with an empty stomach.
Basically, an ideal breakfast lasts at least 15 minutes and consists of fiber-rich cereal products (bread or cereal), fresh fruit and low fat dairy products (yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese).
"Even an egg for me is simply this," says Mueller. "In contrast to its poor image, it even has a positive effect on cholesterol levels."
Coffee, tea or mineral water fresh on the fluid balance. "About 400-600 calories can you take the morning to quiet," says Mueller.
